Friends and Babies

When friends have babies, lots of pictures are taken! It also has the benefit of being invited to the hospital to meet the little one moments after birth.

Then they are invited to my home studio, which is heated up to about 85 degrees, and hours of fun and pictures ensues.

My Wedding Dress + My Daughter

I saw a pinterest idea years ago that I knew I just had to try. Putting your young daughter in your wedding dress. I asked her if she wanted to wear my wedding dress and boy was she excited! Something I'll treasure forever.

My beautiful friend came over to have her maternity pictures taken. It was so much fun and isn't she gorgeous!!

Found a Magical Spot

We took a family hike in Rocky Mountain National Park. As the kids were playing with their dad near a creek I wandered around and found this little magical spot. The light was coming in wonderfully so I asked the kids to come over. All I told them is about where I wanted them to go, the rest was up to them.
